The GENSTOR 418 kWh system is built for commercial and industrial sites that need serious energy on tap — diesel generator replacement, peak shaving and demand charge control, storing surplus solar for evening use, backup supply for critical loads, and time-of-day tariff arbitrage across manufacturing plants, warehouses, data centres and large commercial buildings.

It provides 418 kWh of usable LiFePO₂ storage at a rated power of 209 kW, operating across a 1040–1500 V range with a power factor from 0.9 leading to 0.9 lagging and THDi below 3%. That is roughly 60% more stored energy than the GENSTOR 261 kWh unit in a single integrated cabinet.

The battery is liquid-cooled while the electrical section is air-cooled, which holds cell temperature even across a -20°C to +50°C ambient range. Safety is layered: cell-level monitoring with early warning, isolation at pack, cluster and cabin level, an IP54 enclosure, and an integrated aerosol / perfluorohexanone fire protection system.

The cabinet arrives pre-assembled and pre-commissioned, so it is effectively plug and play — battery, BMS, fire protection and thermal management are already integrated, which cuts installation time sharply. Once live, RS485 / CAN communication over Modbus or IEC104 supports cloud diagnosis and remote management, backed by 24/7 technical support.
